Abdul currently resides in Woking with his wife and four children and has a keen interest in Archery and Grappling, he has competed in archery events and supported his children in competing nationally and internationally at BJJ Championships. Additionally, Abdul organises and manages Brazilian JuiJitsu competitions for children, fostering the growth of young athletes.
